Agitated Nutsche Filter (ANF)
Agitated Nutsche Filter (ANF) is most commonly used filter for large volume products. ANF’s are most suitable for varied reasons such as large handling capacity, Closed loop is maintained both for Solid and mother liquor, Less manual intervention, Continuous low speed agitation avoids crack formation in the solid during filtration which avoids channeling effect, Wet cake may be directly transferred to drier through ANF discharge.
Variety of MOC’s are available such as Hastalloy, SS, MS, Rubber lined etc.,
