These are fully automatic, vertical, coil type thermal fluid heaters. Overall design is robust & reliable with very little maintenance requirement. The liberal furnace volume, higher radiation & convective heat transfer areas provided ensure that the units give excellent performance through complete combustion of fuels & achieving superior thermal efficiency.
 
Salient features:
  • High thermal efficiency of about 88%
  • High operating temperatures (up to 370 deg. C) with low system pressure
  • Simple circuit, no blow downs, steam traps or condensate return systems necessary when compared with a steam system
  • Fully automatic in operation, so no running attention required
  • Thermal fluid coil MOC is Seamless Pipes (Sch. 40) confirming to ASTM A 106 Gr. B Standard
  • Pre-heated combustion air is an integral part of the design giving superior thermal efficiency
  • Liberal furnace volume, high radiant heat transfer area & high convective heat transfer area ensuring superior thermal efficiency & long life of equipment
  • Robust & reliable equipment with minimum maintenance for burner, pump & controls
  • Expansion & de-aeration tank design is such that it protects thermal fluid from oxidation & provides continuous de-aeration of thermal fluid thereby avoiding pump cavitation
  • Three pass design ensuring adequate flue gas residence time which enables achieving superior thermal efficiency
  • Fully automatic, oil, gas or dual fuel burners; ON – OFF or with modulating mechanism

These are semi automatic, vertical, coil type thermal fluid heaters with external furnace. Overall design is robust & reliable with very little maintenance requirement. The liberal furnace volume, higher radiation & convective heat transfer areas provided ensure that the units give excellent performance through complete combustion of fuels & achieving superior thermal efficiency.
