Polypropylene Pumps:
The speciality in our Polypropylene pumps is that the impeller and shaft are single piece injection moulded which will avoid acid fumes damaging the base shaft. The impeller is provided with a special locking arrangement and if the impeller runs on the reverse direction it will not get unwound which, if it does, may damage the mechanical seal and impeller.
We use Hastelloy – C sleeved shaft which is superior to Ceramic sleeved shaft used by our competitors. We manufacture closed type impellers which are single piece moulded for better efficiency and sturdiness. The impellers are dynamically balanced. 100% testing is done on pumps prior to dispatch.

Stainless Steel Pumps:
The design of the stainless steel pump casing, volute and impeller is a transfer of technology from a leading Italian pump giant.
Our stainless steel pumps have lightweight and have high strength stainless steel sheets which are manufactured by a special bulge forming process to obtain components like pump casting, impeller backplate, etc. We manufacture hygiene milk pumps.

ACP/AWP Series Pumps:
Application:
AW series of centrifugal pump are excellent for handling clean or slightly turbid, non-aggressive liquids. They are suitable for pumping condensate, including water upto 1000 C, irrigation, general water supply in agriculture, trade and Industries with favorable NPSH conditions.
Construction Features:
Horizontal single stage volute casing pump’s dimensions correspond to DIN 24255 with end suction and top centerline discharge. Back pullout design enables to remove the rotor assembly without disturbing the pipelines. The supports feet are integrally cast with volute casing.
The AW range comprises of 31 pump types with 3 shaft sizes, which cover the entire range with maximum interchangeability. For pumps nut and bearings are interchangeable. Impeller is hydraulically balanced by back vanes, and in the case of larger impeller diameter by renewable wear ring and relief holes.

Shaft Sealing

Dosing/Metering Pumps:
Our metering/dosing pumps are high precision positive displacement pumps, according to the API 675 standard for controlled volume pumping. The discharge can be varied from zero to maximum capacity while pumps are running or at rest. Our pump design makes it an ideal flow control tool in chemical process for feeding chemicals with high degree of accuracy under any discharge pressure conditions. These are of robust design, unmatched quality and offer considerable saving due to small space requirement, low installation cost, minimum maintenance etc.

Our dosing/metering pumps have a capacity output which is digital in nature, linear in proportion to the length of the stroke and is almost independent of discharge pressure.

Plunger type liquid-ends are suitable for non-hazardous liquids. Because of their simple design, they are quite economical. They can be provided with flushing connection. In the case of molten liquids, steam jacketed heads can be provided. The jacket encloses the check valves and gland chamber. The valves are cartridge type and can be removed for servicing without dismantling the suction and discharge connections.
Diaphragm Pumps
Diaphragm type heads are suitable for service conditions involving hazardous, toxic, radio active or poisonous liquid, where product leakage is not at all permitted. The diaphragm is hydraulically actuated and has a long life, as it is always under hydraulic balance with the liquid being pumped on one side and actuating fluid on the opposite side. The function of the diaphragm is basically that of a partition. The diaphragm material is usually teflon or synthetic rubber. The system is safe guarded by in built relief vacuum valve on the hydraulic side. For very severe duty condition or when handling slurry or hot liquids, double diaphragm and remote type heads can be provided.
Applications
Typical applications of our pumps are the accurate dosing and mixing of acids, alkalis, slurries, viscous liquids, etc. which may be pumped at elevated ambient or low temperature, twenty four hours a day. Our range covers everything from a single pump to a complete automated metering dosing system and comprising of plunger and diaphragm pumps with metering ranges from three to fifteen thousand LPH per pumps head. Pumps can be provided with up to twelve heads and all the necessary accessories can be provided with up to twelve heads and all the necessary accessories can also supplied.

The technology that has gone into the manufacture of polypropylene and hygiene pumps is a technology-transferred from an Italian Consultant.
The production facility is located in a compounded area of 10,000 sq. ft. with a covered area of 3,200 sq. ft. owned by the Company.
The company employs 25 persons in the factory and 7 persons in the administration and marketing division plus 2 service personnel. With increased production this strength will rise.
The company has all the equipments that are required to manufacture, assemble and test the pumps that are being marketed by it.
The Company has all necessary gadgets and a full-fledged test bay with digital reading arrangement.
The Company is very conscious of quality assurance required by Customers. Keeping this in mind, all the testing equipments are calibrated periodically. The materials like stainless steel, pp, etc. are tested in the laboratory to make sure right quality raw materials are used. The impellers used in the pumps are balanced and necessary certificates are obtained.
Quality assurance and after sales service form an integral part of the Company’s efforts to get wider acceptance.
The Company started with manufacturing of Hygiene stainless steel pumps and polypropylene pumps. Initial field of operation was Chennai City. They slowly moved to other places in Tamil Nadu. In addition to Tamil Nadu, the Company has now valuable customers in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharstra, Orissa and M.P.
They have added new products like C.I./SS centrifugal back-pull-out pumps, solid handling pumps, process pumps in investment cast CF8, CF8M metering/dosing pumps, AMD Vertical type dosing pumps for water treatment and corrosive liquid handling application, APV Vertical dosing pump in SS 316 for Water treatment application, Gear pump both in SS 316 & C.I is also available.
Efforts are on to extend the area of marketing operation to other territories with the ultimate objective of acquiring an all-India standing and also the status as an exporter of pumps.
