Vacuum pump:
"PROVAK` Water-Ring Vacuum pumps are of rotary displacement type. In this type, of pump, impeller is having definite number of curved blades, mounted eccentrically relative to the pump casing. When liquid or water is introduced into the pump, due to the rapid motion of the impeller, it forms a ring concentric with the casing and as the impeller.
It forms a ring concentric with the casing and as the impeller is eccentrically located relative to the casing, this forms as emty pocket between the inner surface of ring and hub of the impeller Empty pockets are exactly located on controlled discs so that air or gases are drawn into the pocked through the suction side and through discs compressed on the exhaust end. All heat generated by the compression is absorbed by water and as excess water is thrown out

Operation
The main principle of water ring vacuum pumps to involved in it is rotating the air from low pressure to higher pressure regions. The sealing material here is the water which acts as a seal between the low and high pressure sides in order to prevent the leakage. And it is also important to maintain the water levels in order to have an optimum potential flow rate.

Rotor Made Out Of Specially Graded Casting. Rotor Having Two Vanes Opposite Each Other With Spring Between Hollow Cylinder Known As Stator Entire Assembly Is Fitted In The Oil Tank. Oil Tank Is Made Up Of Mild-steel.

We have highly skilled & dedicated engineers & staff looking after customized designing, manufacturing, testing & supply of Chemical Plant & Process Equipments. Our Production is continuously securely monitored through camera’s, for maintaining speedup work & consistent production.
We have set up of specialized production facility having modern machinery, proficient & trained workforce with certified group of welders for giving precise radiography results. We have in house facilities for Material Handling, Plate / Pipe Bending, MIG / TIG welding, Plasma cutting, Machining, Drilling, Mechanical Buffing & Polishing.
Along with this we have a wide range of pilot plant set up on which different chemicals & pharmaceuticals products are tried & studied in depth to give high performance results.
