DTN nitrogen production equipments
working theory
DTN nitrogen production equipment is developed for nitrogen production based on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption (short for PSA) , which separates and getting nitrogen directly from compressed air by making use of high quality carbon molecular sieve as the adsorption material. Passing though purified and dried compressed air, making use of the selecting adsorption of the carbon molecular sieve to the oxygen and nitrogen in the compressed air, exerting dynamics domino offect, the diffusion rate of oxygen is much higher than nitrogen in tiny holes of carbon molecular sieve. When the adsorption doesn’t get to balance, the nitrogen is massed in the gas then the nitrogen product is formed. Then, after decompressed to be ordinary pressure, the absorption material disengages from the adsorbed impurity such as the oxygen and realizes rebirth. Normally, there are two adsorbing tower setted in the system, one adsorbs nitrogen, and the other disengages and regenerates. The two towers alternate and circulate with the gas valve controlled by PLC procedure, realizing a continuous producing of high quality nitrogen. Also, it can be disconnected producing, with a rapid startup and adjusting.

.Convenient examination and repair for equipment, only a few easy-broken parts..Operated conveniently, complete monitor facilities, and it is even can be operated fully mechanically.
.Only a small covering of field and construction work, easily installation, a very low requirement for workshop.
.The design of absorption material inosculates technique from developed countries such as Germany, France, and Japan and so on, with both a double-floor bed and three-floor bed. The whole design of absorption material makes sure that the CMS won’t be leaked out and flowed, and insures the cleanliness of the nitrogen.
.For the facility of producing the nitrogen above 200N3/h, its switch Valve adopts the stainless butterfly type valve, and its performing Machinery. Adopts the aluminum alloy material. For the facility of producing the nitrogen below 200N3/h, its switch valve adopts the piston valve controlled by pressure, which can be functioned properly for millions of times.
.For the sets of controlling system, we adopt the advanced PLC controlling or data collecting supervising system,and the obligated joint can be supervised by computer.
.The whole set of equipment doesn’t need make any base for it.
.The scientific structure design, special facility for gas diffusion,avoid the phenomenon of strike by high speed airflow and molecular sieve powered.
We adopt the inner-balance automatic pressing facility and special technique of molecular sieve filling, increasing the reliability of the whole set of machine for a long running.
Note: the design benchmark in this form is based on 0.8Mpa(pressure indicated by manometer)material compressed air, 20oC degree
Temperature environment, 0 m elevation, and 80%relative humidity.
DTO type oxygen production equipment
The oxygen making equipment is carefully and precisely developed utilizing PSA Pressure Swing Adsorption theory, using the high grade oxygen zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent, and segregate and producing oxygen directly at a ordinary temperature.
Oxygen producing theory
The compressed air absorbs most of the nitrogen. The oxygen flows through absorbing bed, massing on the top as the product, until the
molecular sieve reaches its saturation by absorbing nitrogen. Then, the air goes into the second adsorbent, outputs oxygen, and meanwhile, the first tower disengages under ordinary pressure, releases nitrogen, then the molecular sieve get rebirth. Circling like this, the oxygen is produced continuously.
Technique characteristics:
The compressed air is configured with pretreatment facility such as the freeze-dry machine. The clean compressed air is good for a long using life of the molecular sieve.
Adopting advanced technique of new type of pneumatic stop valve from Germany, the start and closing time is 0.05 seconds, no leak, with a using and switch life of over one million times, which can meet the frequent using requirement of transformation absorption technics, with strong reliability.
Perfect flow design, choice of new type of molecular sieve.
Adopting new technics for oxygen producing, constantly optimizing device design, decreasing energy cost and capital investment.
The whole set device is installed beforehand, which reduces the spot installing time on the spot and insures the rapidity and simplification for the spot installation, and meanwhile ensures a better quality control.
There is a strict and design for the equipment, which can reduce the occupying area.
With a steady performance, controlled by PLC, it can realize the automation for the operation, with very low hitch rate.
The output and purity of the oxygen can be adjusted in a suitable range.
The application and purpose of the oxygen:
.Waste water treatment: Oxygen-enriched aeration of the Activated Sludge, oxygen- added for the pool and ozone sterilization.
.Melting glass: oxygen combustion-supporting, incision, increase the output of glasses, prolong the life of the stove, pulp bleach out and papermaking, chlorine bleaching transforms to oxygen-enriched bleaching.
.Non-ferrous metal smelting: smelt copper, zinc, nickel, and lead, and the like.
.Incise and construct in the field: steel tube and armor plate incise with oxygen-enriched, the mini type oxygen making machine will meet this requirement.
.Oxygen for petrochemical and chemical: Oxygen reaction in the production of petrochemical adopts oxygen-enriched oxidation instead of the air for oxidation reduction reaction, which can increase the reaction speed and the quality of chemical products.
.Mineral treatment: using in production of gold ect., which can increase the distilling rate of the noble metal
.Aquaculture: Oxygen-enriched aeration can increase the dissolvable oxygen in the water, boosting the fish output, supplying oxygen to transportation of the alive fish.
.Drinking water: supplying oxygen to ozone generator, ozone sterilization?
.Medical treatment and health care: In hospital, the oxygen supply, high pressure oxygen cabin, oxygen bar, and oxygen-cured centre, and so on, are centralized offered.
