Laminar Flow Bench is manufactured to provide extreme level of protection for process products in laboratories and production facilities. These are used in the many applications in pharmaceutical, nuclear power, medical, micro-electronic domains to maintain an ultra-clean work environment that is free from particulate contamination. It maintains air cleanliness in the area of operation better than class 3.5 (100) in compliance with US Fed STD 209 E while maintaining average velocity between 0.4 and 0.5 m/s.
Cabinet of the Laminar Flow Bench is developed from thick board duly fabricated from Sunmica clad or mild steel cabinet that is duly epoxy coated. Moreover, the work table is fabricated from the above-mentioned material and is available with optional accessories. Moreover, all joints are sealed with elastic sealant with the side panels made from thick transparent acrylic sheets. This unit is made from pre-filter that pass through extremely effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filter with an efficiency rating as high as 99.997% with hot, DOP thereby maintaining the entire air borne particle size up to 0.3 micron or larger.
