Demineralization Plants:
BK Industries is among the foremost manufacturers and suppliers of Water Demineralization Plant. Demineralization or deionization of water is the removal of essentially all inorganic salts by ion exchange. In this process, strong acid cation resin in the hydrogen form converts dissolved salts into their corresponding acids, and strong base anion resin in the hydroxide form removes these acids. Demineralization produces water similar in quality to distillation at a lower cost for most fresh waters. The process of demineralization by ion exchange process removes all the unwanted inorganic salts like calcium, magnesium, sodium, chloride, sulphates, nitrates, silica etc. It is possible to achieve conductivity below 1 microseimenns/cm2 of treated water and silica below 20 ppb with proper scientific design depending on raw water quality and limitations of ion exchange resin kinetics
