Demineralisation Plant:

 
We present high precision Demineralisation Plant which is a resin based technology widely applicable in all types of industrial sectors where particular or very low T.D.S Water is needed. In the process of Demineralized Water Plant System the bi-functional group attached to Cation and Anion resin plays a vital role in exchanging process of ions. Removal of all dissolved minerals present in water virtue of Cation and Anion resin technology is called "Demineralisation Process". Deferent types of schemes available in D.M. Plants depend on raw water composition and the end quality requirement of water. Moreover, we are one of the prominent Water Demineralisation Plant Manufacturers in India.

Two Bed D.M Plant System:
 
This system consist of strong Acid Cation (SAC) unit & strong Base Anion (SBA) unit. This-system is capable to bestow low T.D.S water<10 ppm. SAC unit removes cationic impurities and SBA unit removes anionic impurities from raw water which produces Demineralised Water. scheme in applicable for small capacity requirement in Boiler Feed, Pharmaceuticals and Process industries etc.
 
Two Bed D.M Plants System With Degassification (D.G):
 
This system consist of Strong Acid Cation (SAC) unit, Degassification (D.G) unit and Strong Base Anion (SBA) unit applicable Where there is high percentage of alkalinity present in raw water.

The Cation resin removes Cations from raw water which then feed to D.G Tower for removal of alkalinity in water. The presence of D.G. Tower reduces operating cost of D.M. Plant drastically as it reduces the load of S.B.A. Unit takes care of balance mineral acidity present in water.

Regeneration of SAC and SBA resin is done by HCL and NAOH solution respectively. It is a very cost saving process but one needs to analyze the operating cost comparison between Caustic saving and Power consumption.
 
Three Bed D.M. Plant System With Degassification (D.G):
 
This system consist of Strong Acid Cation (SAC) unit, Degassification (D.G) unit, Weak Base Anion (WBA) unit and Strong Base Anion (SBA) unit applicable for high capacity requirement. It is widely applicable where the percentage of Chloride, Sulphate and Silica present in raw water.

The SAC unit removes Co2 WBA removes balance mineral acidity while SBA removes Sio2 & other anion traces from water to bestow very low conductivity water.

The presence of WBA resin reduces operating cost of D.M than the SBA resin column alone further WBA resin can be regenerated more efficiently & has got capacity to remove balance mineral acidity & large quantum of anion from water.
 
Mix Bed Plant:
 
The anions & cations bypassed from the D.M unit gets removed in mixed bed column, Special types of M.B. grade Cation & Anion resin are being used to accomplish the desire High Purity, Low T.D.S. Low Silica & Low Conductivity "Limpid Water". 

Mix Bed unit is widely applicable in Thermal Power Plants, Boiler, Electronics Industries, Pharmaceutical Industries, Fertilizer Industries, Induction Furnace Industries, Dyes Industries & almost all Chemical Industries We make custom built Mixed Bed plants to fulfil customer`s requirement of Limpid water. 
 

The density differences of Anion & Cation resins eases the task of ramification of resins for effective regeneration. This system is capable to deliver desired quality & low conductivity water required for different industrial applications.
