Our designs incorporate cross-flow and counter-flow systems. Our main structure is in stainless steel as well FRP pultruted structures with stainless steel connectors.
Also we supply a variety of own developed components such as a splash/film type infill (which needs to be assembled on site and saves a lot of transportation cost), drift eliminators and spray nozzles. The standard cladding is in FRP panels, which are a rigid part in the total structure.
Our cooling tower products are used in a wide range of applications and serve duty from heavy industry to clean room air conditioning. Special designs were made for waste water projects and energy recovery.
Our engineering is trained in Europe. Our manufacturing is based all over the world as we seek most cost effective solutions for our quality products. This way we can keep a competitive edge on cost/value issues.
In our philosophy we do not discuss thermal capacity and capability of our installations. Our designs are adequate and fulfill the requirements for the job. Our long term activities and knowledge of thermodynamics warrant the duty of our products.
Wacon International supplies quality mechanical draft cooling towers (either forced or induced) of high quality and every capacity and associated materials. Short for WA-ter CON-trols, we are a network organization of companies with specialised knowledge of cooling towers and their applications all over the world. Wacon builds custom designed cooling towers for each project, which are delivered as large DIY kits. The cooling towers are easily assembled by most technical contractors. Our 25 years in this industry brought us a wide range of satisfied customers and a wide range of cooling solutions, many of which are still in service as of today. Our cooling solutions are, among others, used as industrial process, air conditioning (HVAC) and power generation cooling.We use non-corrosive materials for our WCN and WXN cooling towers such as Fiber Glass Reinforced Pultruted Plastic with SST structural members.
