High Performance Design
Latest superior computer designed PVC FILLS offer maximum surface area with minimum resistatnce to Air Flow and hence lower power consumption which means lower annual electrical bills.
The high efficiency of the fans is achieved by a tapered and aerodynamic design of the fan blades. This dynamically balanced fan assembly ensures smoother operation, longer bearing & motor life.
Superior quality of FRP laminates with isothelic resin increases strength of the casing shell which reduces vibrations and it gives assurance of longer tower Life.
Neo Penta Glycol (NPG) gelcoat finish assures for UV protection and colour retention with superior surface finish and hence superior asthetic look.
 
Salient features of ARTECH COOLING TOWERS
Casing / Shell
Round bottle shape designed casing can withstand high wind velocity, sudden shocks and vibrations than square type Cooling Towers. Round Shape has more strength than square shape for the same FRP thickness. 

Round shape allows uniform air distribution which optimises the heat dissipation. Square shape do not allow uniform distribution which creates hot pockets of low heat dissipation.

ARTECH ENGINEERS take enough care for perfect sealing of the segments of the round tower by continuous type sealent during erection, so as to give same effect of one piece FRP molded casing for better performance of the tower.

Fanless, Filless induced Draft Cooling Towers:

Fanless, Energy Saver induced Draft, FRP Cooling Tower
The Fanless, Filless Induced Draft design has been developed after a detailed research and analysis of the engineering design. This design allows a substantial saving in Power Consumption. Also, the common problems of breakdown and maintenance of Cooling Tower are eliminated to a large extent with this design.
 
Specialized Design Cooling Towers from ARTECH
ARTECH COOLING TOWERS are developed on the principal of an advanced spray technology. The size of the droplet is controlled so as to facilate an increased rate of evaporation without compromising on the drift loss.
The need for a fan is eliminated by specialized jet spray ejector nozzles. This provides a maintenance free operation due to the absence of any moving parts.
The requirement of packing is eliminated in this design. This reduces the replacement and maintenance required due to clogging, chocking, life span of packing or, any such problems in a packed cooling tower.
The tower is constructed from FRP / FRP LINED / HDG material. This increases the life span of the cooling tower.
