Solid Fuel Boilers:
Isotex Solid fuel fired boilers are available designed to fire a wide range of solid fuels including agrowastes and other solid waste. These boilers are known for their ruggedness and high efficiency, even when firing difficult fuels. These boilers are offered in Firetube, water tube and composite design.
The solid fuel fired Boilers are offered with options for automated combustion of more than 100 different fuels. The automated and ash handling, sophisticated controls, in such plants make such plants make such plants ideal replacement for expensive oil fired plants giving similar ease of operations.
Isotex offers Solid fuel fired Steam Boilers in capacities from 500 kg/hr up to 30,000 kg/hr, design pressures upto 50kg/cm2 with option for steam superheating upto 450 oC. The high pressure superheated water-tube boilers designed by Isotex are highly suited for captive power generation. The steam boilers can be custom built in variety of designs specific to fuel.
Manufacturing can be under internationally accepted Inspection Agencies Agencies i.e. IBR, Lloyd’s, SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV, or any others as per client’s requirement.
