Product Description
Vibro Sifter:
Bectochem Screen Separator is a self-contained & compact machine, which make precise mechanical separations according to particle size through efficient use of multi-plane inertial vibration techniques. They are designed and built to solve the most difficult classifying, separating and dewatering problems. One to five screen surfaces are superimposed to yield up to six predetermined fractions. Bectochem Separators are being used to make accurate separations ranging from 2" (51mm) to 0.0014" (.3556 mm) (400 mesh). Standard models available in sizes ranging from 12" diameter to 48" diameter and equipped with the finest quality screens-are built of mild or stainless steel. Each unit consists of vibratory motor with adjustable Eccentric Weights at the top & bottom of the motor shaft, mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of screening unit. Screening unit consist of S.S. screen sandwiched between S.S. Hopper & Bowl with the help of special clamp & food grade gasket. It also in turn clamps to the base plate. Rugged springs are placed over the motor base, amplifying the vibrations & at the same time restricting the vibrations from being transferred to the floor.
