Coating Pan:
Coating Pan ideal used for tablet coating with some solution; normally sugar solution to avoid the bitterness in the taste of them. This machine which can meet the requirement of uniform coating all over the tablet. The Coating pan is specially designed to meet this need.
Working Principle:
The tablet is charged in a pan, which is driven by a gearbox through a motor with a heavy-duty sturdy stand. The angle of inclination is 50º to the ground. It helps tablet to be coated effectively. A blower is provided to blow the air inside the pan. Air from the blower passes through heaters, which helps the coated tablet dry.
