Binder Preparation Vessels (Paste Kettle):
Hundreds of Binder Preparation Vessels are at work today on process lines across the world, producing vast quantities of products and handling materials from simple mixtures to sophisticated reactions involving internal pressure and controlled temperatures.
Stirrer design and orbital rotation lead to optimal mixing efficiency ensuring a homogeneous mix as the beater covers every point of the Bowl. Units are available in lab model of 10 Ltrs through production models upto 1,000 Ltrs capacity in various materials of construction.
Due to its unique design the bowl can be easily removed for remote discharge, cleaning and further processing. Units with Jacketed Bowls for heating and cooling can also be provided. Drive heads can be raised and lowered by manual, hydraulic or electro-mechanical means.

Gujarat is among the first state in India which is well connected with about 74000 kms of roads, 11 domestic airports and 1 international airport (at Ahmedabad), and the well planned Indian Railway network.
Infrastructure in India derives most of its robustness from Gujarat industry as it produces 35% of India`s pharmaceutical products.
These above facts led us to establish our main work centre here in 1988.
Our manufacturing facility in Ankaleshwar spans about 100,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with state of the art equipment.
