 Rapid Mixer Granulator:

We are engaged in offering our clients with a qualitative range of Rapid Mixer Granulator. These are designed to achieve excellent mixing and consistent granules at lower operating cost with higher productivity. It offers our clients with better mixing and closed control of granule size that leads to faster tableting speeds and improved quality with least rejections.

Our range is also known as a high-speed granulator and is inserted horizontally through wall of bowl to assist blending of powder and to break the product to the granules of required size. It comprises seal housing and drive shaft that may be flushed with cleaning water and then drained away from the machine through built in drain tubes. These also include granulator motors that are provided with removable stainless steel shroud, which covers the motor as well as simplifies the cleaning process. All moving parts of the machine are totally enclosed to eliminate accidents as the machine will not start unless the mixer cover is properly closed. Further, the contact parts of this machine are fabricated using SS304 and SS316. These also have flush wall type discharge valve that eliminates pockets at the port of discharge valve.
