• Engraving is heart of punches . hallmark has the facility of CNC engraving with which HOBS made is very precise as per customer , this enables no sharp edges on HOBS and therefore there is no .sticking at the time of compression

Shaped Tooling

• Special shaped tooling no matter how complex, is held to very fine tolerances for clearance and alignment of punch tip
• Key different shapes like capsule, oval, diamond, rectangular, heart, or any other shapes are done at hallmark

We are a CNC lathe computer aided company. We have a well-equipped infrastructure spread in an area of 10,000 sq feet. We have 2 factories, equipped with all the modern testing facilities like Power Amp, Hydo testing, Thickness testing, and running trial.
