Three Speed Planetary Mixer:
Contact parts of our Three Speed Planetary Mixer are manufactured using stainless steel-304. These equipments are suitable for mixing, kneading and emulsifying different kinds of creams, ointments, pastes, powders, wet mass, chavanaprash, gums and duplicating inks, among others. This machine is provided with a stainless steel bowl and a suitable locking plug for fixing the bowl to the machine. Electro motor supported slow speed beater of this equipment rotates in planetary motion, and helps in ensuring efficient and uniform mixing.

- Planetary movement speed is 18 or 27 or 36 rounds per minute
- Beater movement speed is 54 or 81 or 108 rounds per minute approximately

Double Speed Planetary Mixer Machine:
Double Speed Planetary Mixer Machine (Special Type) manufactured by us has contact parts of stainless steel-304. Double speed TEFC motor (960/1440 rpm) of this product helps in ensuring efficient working and least chances of oil spillage. These equipments also consist of a suitable reduction gear box, panel box and DOL changing switch as well as starter. Fully jacketed bowl made of stainless steel-304 and thermostatically controlled heaters are for efficient heating/cooling of material. Hand operated mechanical up and down lifting devices are the added advantages of these machines.

Vacuum Planetary Mixer Machine:
Vacuum Planetary Mixer Machine (Special Type - Heavy Duty) that we bring forth for our clients is operated on two electro motors. We manufacture our range of Vacuum Planetary Mixer Machine (Special Type - Heavy Duty) using high quality stainless steel-304. This machine`s dual speed (960/1440 rpm) TEFC motor with suitable reduction gear box is coupled through belt and pulley arrangement. It helps in driving the agitation assembly and the other single speed (1440 rpm) motor. Up and down height adjustment of the drive assembly has been made easier by this arrangement.
