Applications & Working Principle:
The machine is designed in all respects & fitted with 2 HP, TEFC, three phase, 415V, electric motor, standard reduction gear box & a starter. The body of the machine is in `L` shaped, fabricated structure & fitted with castor wheels for easy mobility. MOC for all contact parts is AISI 304 or AISI 316 as per requirements.
- Material of construction for contact parts is AISI-304-304L/ 316-316L
- Octagonal shaped body with rectangular top frustum & conical bottom discharge nozzle
- Piped baffles provided to reduce mixing time & to avoid dead spot
- Cleaning in place (CIP) nozzle provided for GMP/ cGMP cleaning
- Charging & discharging through butterfly or IRIS type diaphragm valve or knife gate valve through manually or pneumatically operated system
