Product Description

Our precision engineered fluid bed granulators or fluid bed processor are manufactured from high grade raw material and drawn through the intake air filter and the air heater and through final filter. The clean and warm air is drained during the granulate container from the base up-wards in a stream strong enough to keep the granulation balanced.

Fluid Bed Granulator:
We are engaged in offering our clients with a qualitative range of Fluid Bed Granulators. These are precision engineered and fabricated using quality raw materials as well as drawn through the intake air filter, air heater and final filter. Through the use of this granulator, the clean and warm air is drained from the base up-wards in a stream strong enough to keep the granulation balanced. It also consists of a bag filter situated on top of the fluid bed granulate container that allows only air to leave the cabinet. Our range also utilizes spray granulator that put base and active in-gradients into the container. These are widely in demand amongst our clients from pharmaceuticals and food industry.

Auto-Control System:
The auto-control system is composed of the best quality components and also has the electric box that is filled by positive pressure air in the whole operation. This prevents the machine from possible occurrence of sparks in the electric circuit or using pneumatic system to prevent explosion.
