Automatic:
Automatic liquid filling machines are designed to offer maximum flexibility coupled with increased operational output. Our standard range covers twin headed models up to twelve headed with twin lane conveying systems and feature piston pumps, gear pumps, flexible impeller pumps or flow meters.
We opt for a modular construction which allows for wide variety of choices in machine specification, as such our liquid filling machines can be tailored to suit individual customer requirements.
As with our range of semi-automatic filling machines, the automatic filling machine range is also available to suit the filling of flammable and corrosive products with a wide range of automatic filling machines already installed at satisfied industrial customers.
Semi-Automatic:
The semi-automatic range includes both table top and mobile machinery with both single and twin head units being available. This range features models with either volumetric piston pumps, gear pumps, flexible impeller pumps, flow meters or weighing platforms and will probably cater for any application.

SP Filling Systems have been specialising in the manufacture of both semi automatic liquid filling machines and fully automatic liquid filling machines for over 25 years. Our location in Mid Wales enables us to cover the whole of the UK in an effective manner.
Founded in 1983, SP Filling Systems Ltd remains a family owned company. We have very little in the way of staff turnover and because of this we are able to draw on the huge quantity of experience and expertise gained over the years.

Filling Machine Design Service for Automatic and Semi Automatic Systems
Our in house design team can design any filling machine to your specifications. Using `state of the art` modeling software we are able to design and manufacture filling machines to your exact requirements. Design features available include full bottom up filling for foaming or flammable products, top filling for non foaming products and short stroke rising fill for products that can`t quite decide which category they fall into.
Filling Machines and Systems for flammable and aggressive products
We specialise in filling machinery for the filling of flammable and aggressive materials, these machines include the use of specialised materials and control systems. Products such as acids, caustic solutions and flammable solvents are filled on such machinery in order to comply with relevant health and safety and Atex legislation.
We find that most designs draw on our stock of standard components and can be built up in this way from basic manual filling aparatus for small companies right up to enclosed conveyor fed fully automatic filling machines.

Although our machines have an excellent track record of reliability the everyday wear and tear on components, especially when operating continuously, means that regular cleaning and maintenance is important. We offer all of our clients the opportunity to take advantage of the SP Fillings Systems maintenance programme in order to keep their filling machines at optimum operating efficiency and minimise downtime.
The maintenance programme is tailored to the specific needs of each client and takes into account the environment, the duty cycle and the product for each machine.
