TURN TABLE:
Scrambler and un scrambler which is familiar as turn table. Turn table is available in different size with variable / fixed gear drive mechanism, which is make total synchronization with the line processing equipments and ensure uniform flow of container and to take a turn at 90 degree to suite different machine.
This is consisting of stainless steel frame, solid guide rail and reduction gear box for jerk less and noiseless performance. We can also provide VFD (variable frequency drive) for speed variation.
Container feed in turn table by manually or automatically will rotate on disk of turn table and exit through outlet. For the period of rotations SS strip will guide the container towards and obtained uniformly flow of the containers.
