They are the pioneers of pallet shrink wrapping, using only forced hot air (no naked flames) and supply shrink ovens, shrink frames, hooding machines and integrated pallet handling systems. Thimon is a World Wide player in this industry supplying machines to many large ‘Blue Chip’ customers, in the Glass industry, Paper, Building, Chemical, Food & Beverage Industries for example. There are many UK references for Thimon shrink wrapping machines that can be seen if required. Thimon have a state of the art factory in Aix-les-Bains, France which is very impressive for potential customers to visit and make sample tests if required to determine the correct solution.

Phoenix Handling Solutions Limited are based in Burnley, Lancashire, we are the sole UK agents of end of line packaging machinery for several well known World Wide suppliers of packaging machinery.
 
The company was formed in 2010 as a result of encouragement from our ‘Principle Suppliers’ to establish a (UK) office specifically to represent their products, for new machinery sales, services and spare parts etc.
 
Our ‘Principle Suppliers’ are as follows: Lorenz Pan , Verbruggen Bag Palletising (Holland) , Alvey (Belgium), Tosa srl (Italy) Thimon (France) and Costi srl (Italy).
 
The business has more than 50 years combined experience in material handling system’s and thus we provide a wealth of knowledge to be gained by our customers.
 
Our area’s of activity are as follows:
 
- Pick and place robotics for palletising or tray packing
- Robotic palletisers – fixed and moving on a track

- Layer palletisers – high and low level infeed for cases or bags
