Depalletizer:
Norden provide solutions for automatic depalletizing of tube boxes from pallets, Norden Depalletizer (NDP). Norden can offer different kind of solutions and layouts.
Two pallet positions allow the operator to switch pallet during production. Different kind of boxes can be handled, corrugated and plastic, with and without lid. The robot unloads the boxes from the pallet and positions them on the infeed conveyor for robot loading of tubes.

Automatic lid removing either directly after de-palletizing or just before pick up tubes for hygiene reasons. There are different solutions for empty boxes either unfold boxes with special locking function to a flat sheet or pack them back on pallet to save space or reuse the boxes.
