When palletisers are mentioned, some people automatically think of robots, which in turn may also suggest a very expensive solution. However, a pick and place palletiser is not a robot and whereas it offers all of the benefits and flexibility of a 4-axis robot, it is in fact a fraction of the cost. This palletiser is designed with space saving in mind. The foot print of the machine has been kept to an absolute minimum; the whole machine is only marginally larger than the pallet itself.
Easy operator controls and touch screen set up. Simply enter the dimensions of the product and the palletiser will automatically calculate the best stacking pattern.
When speed becomes an issue, then we recommend the Duplex. The Duplex differs from the compact in that there are two pallet positions. When one pallet becomes full, the second pallet is automatically loaded.
The foot print of this model has also been kept to an absolute minimum; the Duplex is still a compact twin pallet system.

As specialists in shrink wrapping, we manufacture and supply all types of shrink wrap machines. Our products range from simple manual L sealersto fully automatic, high speed, heavy duty, stainless steel sleeve wrappersaimed primarily at the dairy industry.
We are the sole distributor in the UK and Ireland for the highly respected Ulma shrink wrapping equipment. (Formerly known as Rochman)
Renown throughout the shrink wrap industry for the quality and efficiency of its shrink wrappers, Ulma now has three manufacturing plants in Europe. These support our two sites in the UK, allowing us to offer a fast turnaround on orders and a speedy spares and after sales backup and support service.
