Product Description
Robot Palletiser:
The CHRONO-PAL™ RP 1200 robot palletiser is a flexible palletising system, which requires little space yet offers good performance. The system can handle bags, pouches, cartons, boxes, buckets or drums, even when these are mixed in one palletising process. It recognises when the pallet is fully loaded and places an empty one to start the next palletising cycle. The multi-axis robot palletiser with customised special grippers allows the correct formation and alignment of bags on the pallet. Moreover, the system can reach high speeds, depending on the type of container / bag to be palletised and the number of containers per layer. The gripper, manufactured and patented by Premier Tech Chronos allows the RP 1200 to satisfy the many different palletisation requirements of modern bagging lines. The output with single pick up is up to 1,100 bags per hour. Higher outputs and multi-pick up are possible upon request regarding the specific application.
Applications:
RP 1200 can handle bags, pouches, cartons, boxes or drums. The system is flexible and universal applicable in all common industries as the Food, Feed, Minerals, Chemicals, Plastics Industry.

Compact Palletiser:
The CHRONO-PAL™ PL…C compact palletiser series combines the advantages of a robot palletiser with traditional palletising technology. This system is available in four different versions (400 C, 600 C, 900 C, 1200 C) to suit individual performance requirements. It features an innovative automatic gripper technique, which guarantees the exact positioning of each bag onto the pallet. For optimum stability the bags can be placed with overlapping edges. With appropriate modifications the system is also suitable for depalletising.
Applications:
The CHRONO-PAL™ PL...C series palletisers are suitable for handling many types of open-mouth bags (sewn or heat sealed) in a wide range of industries and markets. The bags can be filled with granules, powdered or pelleted materials and made from any type of material, including paper, plastic and woven polypropylene.
The series can reach outputs from 400 to 1,200 bags per hour depending on bag types and / or filling weight. With the use of an optional module, the performance is increased to a maximum of 2,400 bags per hour.

High-Level Palletiser:
The palletiser series CHRONO-PAL™ PL 1200H, 1600H, 2500H with high level feeder has been developed to meet middle an high ranged performance needs of modern bagging lines. The increased performance of the high level model is achieved by depositing the entire layer onto a pallet, which is lowered step by step and the fact that the processes are running simultaneously
Applications:
CHRONO-PAL™ PL 1200H, 1600H, 2500H series is designed for bag palletising in layer formats of 3 or 5 for euro, industrial or chemical pallets with options for alternative pallet types and layer formats.
The standard pallet sizes to be handled are 800 x 1200mm or 1,000 x 1,200mm. The maximum load is 2,000 kg. For further technical data details please download our brochure. The universal palletiser PL..H series can handle either paper or plastic bags, filled with granules, powders or pellets, any type of bag closed either by sewing or head sealing as well as valve bags.

High-Speed Palletiser:
The CHRONO-PAL™ PL 4000H automatic high level palletiser is constructed for highest possible palletising performance. Special palletising programs and continuous in-line bag transport allow attainment of the high performance of up to 5,000 bags / hour (10 bags per layer format) or 3,800 bags per hour (5 bags per layer format). As a result of its modular structure the system may be easily adapted to suit different circumstances. The application of modern technology especially in the control unit offers high operational flexibility and reliability as well as maximum ease of operation.
Applications:
The PL 4000H series is suitable for any kind of bags, closed either by sewing or heat sealing, as well as for valve bags, independent of the kind of bag material. This applies especially where very high performance is required, e.g. in the building industries, where bags filled with cement or ready-mix need to be palletised.
