COMPACT C2 11 Gantry Palletiser Series:
With a footprint from only 1700mm x 2700mm the C211 robot palletiser will automatically palletise most types of crates, RPC, Cardboard boxes, bags or cases for both food and non-food products at speeds of up to 40 units per minute.
With a typical payback of 12-24 months Brillopak robotic palletisers are fast, flexible and reliable and represent a new affordable and flexible way of automating the palletising process.

Typical process:
- The product or range of products from one or more production lines is fed into the palletiser pick up conveyor to ensure a consistent datum point.
- The Brillopak COMPACT C211 Robot gripper or vacuum head picks up 1-4 units and places them onto the pallet or dolly in the relevant pre-programmed pattern.
- When the pallet is fully loaded a beacon lights informing the operator of a full pallet.
- The loaded pallet either exits the palletiser over a conveyor automatically or alternatively is manually removed by hand truck if floorstanding.
