Comp Spray Dryers with Nozzle and Rotary Disc Atomizers are satisfactorily performing upto feed rates of 20,000 Kg/hr since 25 years. Comp Engineering designs, manufactures and supplies Atomizers of different sizes operating from 6000 RPM to 26000 RPM special atomizer wheel for various products. Comp has over 200 Plants on Rotary Atomizers working since last 15 years.

Closed Loop Inserted Spray Dryers:
COMP Closed Loop Inserted Spray Dryers are used when the product is prone to oxidation or the solvent vapors are inflammable/explosive. COMP supplies nitrogen purged closed loop systems.
- Comp Nitrogen Purged Atomizers are a special feature.
- Comp Closed Loop Dryers are CE / ATEX certified.
- Comp Two Stage Dryers are ideal for producing a dust free granulated product.
These Dryers comprise of tall type Spray Dryer with External Fluid Bed for Dedusting / Agglomeration / Dosing / Granulation. We can achieve a low residual moisture content with Granulation. This is our USP.
External Fluid Bed - Two Stage Dryers:
COMP Two Stage Spray Dryers are used to achieve very low residual moisture content in the powder and low powder warm up the product. Integral/external fluid bed dryers are provided as an additional step for deducting / agglomeration / dosing / granulation.

COMP has developed Versatile Designs for spray dryers like fluid bed spray dryers and nozzle spray dryers, where the client can use both Rotary & Nozzle Atomisers on the same plant for obtaining desired product properties.
We use both Rotary & Nozzle Atomisers on the same plant. High efficiency Comp Versatile Air Distributor are a special feature of this system. More than 50 Versatile Spray Dryers are working since last 25 years.

Air Brooms for Wall Cooling:
COMP has developed Air Brooms for wall cooling, which are internal rotating arms with air jets, to handle products of thermoplastic nature.

Multistage Granulation Spray Dryers:
COMP Spray Dryers with Integrated Fluid beds are ideally used to meet special particle size, dispersion profile and bulk density requirements. The spray comes in contact with fluidized dried particles and agglomerates.
Comp Multistage Granulation Spray Dryers upto rates of 5000 Kg/hr haven supplied to Clients who have special product requirements like Particle Size dispersible and Bulk Density. Comp has developed special Integral Fluid Beds for product Agglomeration upto diameter of 3 meters. Comp has over 50 Multistage Spray Dryers in operation and has exported them to over 10 countries.
