Our solvent extraction plants are widely used for extraction of oil from oil seeds like Soybean, sunflower, cottonseed, other oil seeds and Oil cakes like Mustard Cake, groundnut cake etc and from Ricebran. The process plant comprises of preparatory section, Extraction Section, Conditioning Section, Distillation Section and Recuperation Section. The modern plants supplied by SERVOTECH are more energy efficient, consistent in output quantity and quality ergonomically designed, operator friendly and generate less effluent..The level of automation depends on client requirement and process plant of any capacity upto 1000 TPD and above can be supplied. Our plants are more efficient than the traditional hydraulic press, ghani or continuous screw. We are the first to manufacture a Desolventiser Toaster in India, almost two decade ahead of others. We discarded the Rotary Absorber and opted packed column absorber for Solvent Recovery System, chilling unit and vacuum system are some of the concepts introduced by SERVOTECH well ahead of others. Discarding the ejectors but still maintaining the necessary vacuum in the miscellance evaporation section was revolutionary concept in the field .
