Product Description

Hepa Filters:

 
Frame: MS Powder coated, Aluminium anodised / St. Steel, Box / Flanged type.
Adhesive: Epoxy base adhesive used for leak proof joint between filtering media and filter casing.
Gasket: Sponge rubber / Polyurethane gasket provided for sealing of filter on its mounting frame.
Temperature & Humidity: Recommended for operating temperature: 120 degree centigrade. Recommended for operating humidity: 100% RH
Performance: Recommended for minimum operating efficiency of 99.97% down to particlesize of 0.3 microns by using DOP (Di-Octyl-Phthalate).
Product Range: Filters are available with air handling capacity in the range of 170 cubic meter / hr. (100 CFM) to 3400 cubic meter / hr. (2000 CFM)
 
CONSTRUCTION: 
 
Filter medium is 100% micro – glass fibre paper with high water repellency and temperature resistance.  This medium is folded in to deep pleats and separated by machine pleated aluminium spacers, which ensures uniform flow through out the filtering areas, low resistance, uniform dust loading and high flow rate.
 
Minipleat Hepa filters class H10 to H14, Anodised aluminium profile frames, Plastic frames, endless foamed sealing Laminar flow protection grid. Microfine fibre-glass paper is pleated fully automatically to produce filter packs of different sizes. The individual folds are spaced by means of fused plastic threads and simultaneously lend the filter packs the required stability. Fields of 
application up to max. 80 deg C and max. relative humidity 100%.
TESTING EQIPMENT FOR QUALITY CONTROL:
As per ISO14644-1, FEDERAL STD 209 E Standards we conduct following tests for filters:
Integrity Test.
Detecting Laminar or Non – Laminar Flow.
Periodic Validation of Clean Room.
The Equipment used in testing of filters are Aerosol Generators & Photometers.

Gasket: Felt /Natural Rubber /PE foam Gaskets as per customer choice for sealing the filters on mounting frames.
Temperature and Humidity: Recommended operating temperature: 75 deg Centigrade.
Cleaning: Washable by detergent / Water solution or by Air / Vaccum cleaner as per design.
Product Range: Filters are available with air handling capacity in the range of 170 cubic meter / hr. (100 CFM) to 4250 cubic meter / hr. (2000 CFM).
 
CONSTRUCTION:
 
Pleated HDPE mesh or special grade felt are used in Pre-filters, which have filtration capacity for 10 micron and larger size particles.
Non-woven filter fabric is used in fine or Microvee filters which have filtration capacity for 5 micron and larger particles, in both washable as well as non-washable type.
 
POCKET FILTERS:

Pocket filters: [F5 to F9 Ultrasonic – welded) Pocket filters are designed to handle large flow, high efficiency low resistance and high dust holding capacity, pocket filters are made in Synthetic or fibreglassmedia within metallic filter frame.
