Jet Venturi FumeScrubbers:

Mazda Jet Venturi Scrubber is a dependable device designed to entrain and scrub large volumes of gases without the use of complicated baffles or moving parts.
The motivating fluid , generally water, leaves the nozzle in a hollow cone spray, creating a draft which draws the gases and vapors into the moving stream where they are continuously scrubbed / absorbed while subsequent separation is accomplished in units specifically designed to us to meet the state pollution control requirement.
 
High Energy Fume Scrubber:
 
(Mainly for particulate removal from boiler flue gas and Rotary Kiln exhaust gas)
 

High Energy Scrubber uses the energy from the high velocity gas stream to atomize a liquid stream. The high atomization of the liquid and extreme turbulence in the Venturi throat gives a Venturi scrubber a high ability to remove small microns or sub-microns dust particles. These scrubbers can be offered using a fixed throat or a variable throat design to suit the process requirement.

Packed Tower Scrubber:

The Packed Tower Scrubber can be designed to any particular efficiency desired. Our engineers can select the type of packing , scrubbing liquid and tower size best suited to your particular needs. Packed Tower Scrubbers are available in a wide variety of materials of construction . Occasionally, space limitation or design limits requires the use of specially designed scrubber to give you an economical and trouble free system.
