Product Description

We manufacture, export, and supply superior quality Tray Dryers. The Tray Dryers which we offer are used where the heat is applied directly to wet solids or liquid materials. We offer Tray Dryers in two standard models, including STD and GMP. The offered Tray Dryers are made from excellent quality Steel, for ensuring optimum finish and high tensile strength. Engraving

  • Engraving is heart of punches
  • Hallmark has the facility of CNC engraving with which HOBS made is very precise as per customer
  • This enables no sharp edges on HOBS and therefore there is no sticking at the time of compression


Shaped Tooling

  • Special shaped tooling is held to very fine tolerances for clearance and alignment of punch tip to key
  • Different shapes like capsule, oval, diamond, rectangular, heart, or any other shapes are done at hallmark


Steel

  • Pharmaceutical Grade Steel - OHNS(T) and HCHC(D3,D2) are using after a variety of tests. The structure of the steel is clean free from impurities and non-metallic inclusions.
Other Information
  • External coatings of hard chrome, Titanium, and Teflon can be done on the tooling for products which are abrasive, corrosive, and sticky
  • All inspection report of each and every tooling with test certificates is available with sets
