Tray Drier (TD)
Tray driers are extensively used in Pharmaceutical, Process Chemical industry, Food industry and Dyestuff industry etc., and the drying mechanism is using convective heat transfer.
Tray driers are typically heated using Steam, Hot water or Electrical heating. Tray driers have uniform circulation of hot air to maintain same temperature across the drying cabinet.
Tray driers are available in various capacities by altering tray sizes and no of tray holding capacity of the drier body.
Tray Driers may be used for variety of materials nature and find large application in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Food process industry. Tray driers involve lot of manual intervention in operations such as loading, unloading etc., although drier operations such as temperature maintenance etc., typically automated.
