The equipment is developed from the latest technology and consists ofU shaped horizontal trough; which also includes a set of inner and outer helical ribbons. We follow industry leading guidelines and the ribbons ultimately lead to counter-current action for perfect blending. This product functions in a manner that the outer helical ribbon moves the material from the outer end to the centre; and in complete contrast the inner helical ribbon has the responsibility of moving the material from the center to the outer end. This product is offered in various specifications and facilitates uniform mixing of material. These are known for offering maximum usage, are corrosion and weather resistant and also useful for dry mixing of free flowing powders and blending of large volumes of dry solids. They are provided at reasonable rates, are very durable and are known for hassle free service.
The RIBBON BLENDER is highly preferred by customers’ and is very useful for mixing of dry granules & powders homogeneously. Our personnel follow industry leading guidelines and usually approximate two third of the volume of the container of Ribbon Blender is properly filled to assure proper mixing. These are able to provide fine results, related with mixing of dry powder & granules. This is only possible because of the design and shape of the mixing ribbon and product container. These are tested on various parameters of usage, quality and are also used forPharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.
The material is needed to be charged from the top side. Furthermore, presence of ports on the top cover is capable of charging the material and also the air vent. This machine is also equipped with a discharge valve at the bottom side and the center. The discharge height can be easily fixed with regard to the need; and this helps the material to be discharged in the other container directly. Thus, a lot of time is saved and the material handling time for discharge is completely nil. Also, we follow fine procedures and the operation is completely dust free. Our products are very popular and the powder, poured in them, moves from center to the end of container and is reversed from the end of container to its center. Therefore, both the mixing time and the RPM required get highly reduced.
