Mechanical filter press
The Filter Press is ideal for sludge dewatering and slurry dewatering in small volumes, and it is suitable for a low pressure of 0.4Mpa-0.6Mpa and with a long filtering interval.

Quick-opening filter press:

KX series quick opening filter presses are the new type, automatic, high efficiency and high production capability filter press developed and researched by the company ourselves. It is the ideal solid-liquid separation equipment for metallurgy and non-metal mineral fine mine dehydration, tail mine processing, especially for the dehydration of coal mine cleaned coal and coal slurry. Technical characteristics:

Manual filter press:

This filter press can dewater a wide variety of sludge and slurry produced in wastewater treatment, and chemical and mineral processing. These include sludge and slurries produced from dissolved air flotation, sedimentation, precipitation, biological and chemical processing.

The Manual Filter Press is ideal for sludge and slurry dewatering in small volumes, and it is suitable for the pressure of less than 0.4Mpa.

The Manual unit is provided with a hand operated hydraulic pump for closing of the plate pack.

Hydraulic filter press:

A hydraulic filter press is a interval filter press, and widely used in solid-liquid separate system.
 
It includes the following equipments:
  • Frame part: The frame is used for supporting the filtering mechanism and connecting other components. It is mainly made up of fixed allocation plate, pressing plate, pressing part and main beam.
  • Filtering part: It is consisted of filtering plate and filtering mediums (filtering cloth) between plates on beams arranged with a certain sequence and filtering units (filtering chambers) are formed.
  • Hydraulic part: It is the power device of the filter press, the main components are hydraulic pack and cylinder.
  • Electric part: It is the control center of the whole machine and it controls the whole filter press through the hydraulic pack.
