Paddle / Rotary DrierWorking capacity offered upto 5000 Litres for Venuleth Rotary Vacuum Dryers. Leak-proof reputed rotary joints/seals are provided at the shaft-ends, where shaft & paddles are heated. Evaporation rates between 0.05 to 1.2 kgs of water/hr/sq.ft. surface area have been reported, depending on the operating parameters. Full recovery of solvent, quicker drying and lower operating cost are some of the salient features of our Venuleths.
Our expertise and technology covers the unit operations of Mixing, Filtration, Drying, Evaporation & Extraction. Our efforts are directed towards keeping ourselves abreast of the latest technological trends abroad in the above unit operations and offer the same to our clients, with adaptations to suit Indian conditions. In this we are ably supported by the inhouse databank and that available elsewhere in the country. All design activities are computer-based, using CAD and other latest software packages to develop the relevant designs/drawings.
