Nutsche Filter - Halar Lined

Nutsche filters are widely used batch process filtration setup in the pharmaceutical and chemical process industries typically for the small volume batch production and R&D purposes.

Nutsche filters are used for solid liquid separation by vacuum sucking of liquid from the slurry and solid is unloaded from the top of the filter for further processing such as drying etc.,

Nutsche filters are available with varied MOC’s such as SS, MS, Halar lined, Rubber lined, PP+FRP etc., Due to its low cost investment and easily movable from one location to another the same is being widely used in batch process industry although this is not recommended when there is a large amount of solvent  filtering is involved.

 

Not suitable to filter products which are moisture sensitive, light sensitive etc.,

Halar lined NF`s are found applications in handling acidic reaction mass.
