SPECIFICATIONS

Multi Mill consists of a S.S. 304 AISI quality rotor, fitted with 12 nos S.S. blades knife / impact edge having half swing action and 2 nos scrapper blades. Rotor assembly fitted on a S.S. shaft with suitable bearings. The other end of the shaft is fitted with step cone pulley, to achieve speeds 750 /1500 / 2100 / approx. by means of a ~V~ belt arrangement which is driven by a suitable 3 Ph 1440 RPM electric motor.

Application : Multi Mill is widely used for wet and dry granulation, Pulverisation etc. in Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Cosmetics, Ceramics, Colors, Dyestuff, Food products etc. It also finds application in Pesticides, Fertilizers, Spices, Detergents, Insecticides, Plastics and Resins Industries.

The machine is complete as under:

Charging hopper with slide plate arrangement to control the material feed rate.
Screen with hold plate is provided to 0get desired size of granules.
DOL reversible starter to get clockwise / anticlockwise rotation.
Drive unit supported on a mild steel column with M.S.base plate fitted with castor wheels to achieve portability.
All M.S. & C.I. parts of the unit are painted with smooth colour finish and S.S. parts polished to smooth surface.

Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with sufficient machinery and fabrication equipment. Over 90% of our jobs are carried out in house with a team of skilled work force and qualified engineers. Each stage of manufacture is closely inspected for quality and workmanship.
