PFA Coated : Metal tubes are coated with 0,5 to 0.8 mm thk. PFA (PTFE Equivalent). They are suitable for - 100°C to 200° C. for all most all Chemicals. They are food confirming. Poor heat Transfer Property of PFA is Compansated by using corrugated tube or Heat conductive steel.
Thus PFA Coated heat exchanger requires same heat transfer area as steel heat Exchanger.
 

This heat exchagner is having the higher heat transfer coefficient than galss, Hastelloy, titanium, Hence compared to glass, it requires 1/2 heat transfer area & compared to Hastelloy, Inconel or titanium, it requires 2/3 heat transfer area

This Corrosion resistance coating is carried out on MS/SS material of processing equipment, like Centrifuge Machine, Rotary Vacuum Cone Dryers, Agitated Nutsche Filters, Heat Exchanger, Agitators, Receivers, Tanks, vessels Pipes, Thermo wells Fittings, Strainers, Valves and Spares for Glass Lined Equipment etc. We manufacture Chemical Plant Equipment with Coatings / Lining also.

Equipments, Piping & Valves.

Due to outstanding corrosion resistance and relatively low cost of fluoropolymer it has established as an important alternative to exotic alloys 8c brittle glass lining as a
construction material for chemical and pharmaceutical equipment.

While glass lined reactors are common enough, columns. Tanks, receivers, filters, condensers, pipes valves In fluoropolymer coating & lining are manufactured & supplied by us, since more than 19 years.

Considering safety of the plant persons machinery, we have introduced,
Conductive (Anti - Static ) HALAR as well as PFA Coating Whose electrical resistance 
is in the range of 10e6 - 7 ohm / square, which dissipates static electricity charge in a fraction
of a second. This reduces explosion hazard where by saving in loss of life, equipment &
production.

We Construct Tanks & receivers in Seamless Construction in Metal MS/SS coated with PVDF, HALAR, PFA etc., up to 3000 ltr. Capacity in vertical or Horizontal mounting & in solid HDPE & PP up to 5000 ltrs. Capacity.

We also manufacture Chemical Storage Tanks up to 50000 ltrs. Capacity, fabricated in Spiral WoundHDPE & PP Construction.
 

Now We have introduced PFA coated shell & Tube Heat Exchangers as well as U-Tube Heat exchangers. They are available in shell diameters from 150 NB to 600 mm NB, and Heat transfer area of 1.0 m2 to 12.0 m2 heat transfer coefficient up to 400 kal / m2C. They can be in use from - 100° to 200° C & from full vacuum to 10 kg / cm2 pressure. The compactness & low cost of the new PFA coated exchanger makes them ideal for corrosive media when metallic materials are too expensive. They can be used as condensers, evaporators or liquid - liquid heat exchangers & mounted vertically or horizontally. Without its shell, U Tube bundle can also be used in a reactor to increase heat transfer area.
