Product Description
Glass-lined Condenser:
The condenser is composed of overlapping type assembly members such as a cover, bottom, body ( median plate of the condenser) and washer ( covered with four fluorine rubber blanket), metal pipe, U- hose and fasteners and other parts.
The heat exchange area of this device has a large and flexible adjustability, and it can assemble by increasing or decreasing the number of body (median plate of the condenser) according to the needs of user’s production process, in the adjustment of 5~20㎡ generally.
A plate type heat exchanger with heat transfer area of 10㎡, total height of 1410 mm, and diameter of Φ 900 mm. A glass lining sleeve type heat exchanger with the similar area with the height of 2200 mm, outside diameter Φ1015 mm, so in contrast, the structure of plate type heat exchanger is compact and light etc.
Heat flow condenses by exchanging heat through the reverse flow of heat airflow and cooling water heat exchange. The lamellar spacing is small and uniform, and medium spreads repeatedly diffusion to meet the flow, which effectively improves the heat exchange efficiency.

After the equipment is used, if found it is damaged, the parts can be replaced partially and combined again, so that it will not cause the complete machine to be scrapped, thereby prolonging the service life of the equipment.

1980, Company was founded in LuoXi Town, Changzhou City, JiangSu Province. It is located very near to Shanghai, its just 150KM and by train, need about 30 minutes.Company was specialized in glass-lined reactor, glass-lined agitators and glass-lined accessories.
1997, Company inceased production scales, we built a new workshop of 2000㎡ for vessel enameled. As 17-years rich enamel experiences, top enamel quality is welcomed by all customers.
2002, Company got Special Equipment Manufacturing License and Glass-lined Equipments Manufactuing License. We built vessel workshop of 3000㎡, and bought advanced tooling equipments. From then, we started to produce all glass-lined equipments including Glass-lined reactors, Glass-lined storage tanks, Glass-lined condensers andGlass-lined agitators etc.
2005, Company made New advanced tooling equipments ourselves: Nozzle press forming, Nozzle rolledposition welding, and setted up large testing platform for installation and debugging.
2008, Company enlarge the range of manufatureing, the largest volume of glass-lined reactor has developed 20000L. and products are the most long lasting proved by customers.
Now we are Enterprise Mainly in Designing, Development, Manufacture and Marketing for Pressure Vessel, Glass-lined equipments. It is also a member of purchasing network of China Petrol Group, director unit of China Chemical Equipment Association and China Enameling Committee.
