Quality Assurance.   1.  M.S. shells are fabricated as per ASME Codes table VIII. 2.  Material test certificates & stage wise inspection reports are available on request. 3.  All welding joints are tested by D. P. test as well as X - ray. welding test as per party`s requirement. 4.  Multi pass of process fluid as well as General Fluid possible as per requirements.

 

    
    Our Horizontal and Vertical Type Pumps are manufactured in high grade stainless steel, Alloy 20, Polypropylene & impervious graphite materials, Pump impellers are semi open for solid handling Pumps are with back pull out design for easy maintenance, Moving parts like impellers, Shafts are dynamically & hydraulically balanced for better life of bearings & mechanical seal.     

    Our S.S. Vessels, Reactors are fabricated as per ASME codes. Argon arc welding is used for vessels, Nozzles, Manholes & Welding joints are tested by D. P. test & also X-ray test. We are also in position to supply graphite lined reactors & vessels.
