FRP Tanks:
 
Fibre Glass Reinforced Plastic Design shall follow the procedures and methods, utilize the equations and formulas, and incorporate the factors of safety and allowable design stresses and strains as per ASTM Standards. The exterior surface of all equipment shall be resin rich, unless otherwise specified. We are also manufacturing the custom build FRP Tanks in various sizes as per the client requirements.

We have the in-house capability of producing corrosion resistant all thermoplastic vertical, Cylindrical, Horizontal, rectangular and spherical chemical and high density polyethylene and high density polyethylene with fiber glass reinforcement capacity up to 100 kl.Materials Used
 
Materials: Engineering Thermoplastic like FRP, PP, PPGL, HDPE, etc serves as a liner for corrosion resistance while FRP with suitable binder matrix imparts strength.
 
Capacity:  1000 litre to 3, 00,000 litres is manufactured by us.
 
VERTICAL TANKS
Ranging in diameter from 300 mm to 4000mm and with storage capacities up to 50,000 Litres.
 
HORIZONTAL TANKS
Available in diameter ranging from 500mm to 3000 mm. Recommended to be used with suitable M.S. Support Structure.
