Agitated nutch filters are used to separate solid and liquid by filtration under pressure or vacuum. It is used in chemical, herbal, pharmaceutical and food industries. Our company manufacture these filters in stainless steel, carbon steel, hastelloy, rubber or plastic coated steel.

In the year 1974 Proton Engineering Works was incorporated, B.A.R.C. Certified Vacuum Technologist Mr. Jayant C Doshi as the proprietor established a proprietorship firm.
With rich working experience in vacuum & manufacturing field Mr. Jayant C Doshi had started with introduction of Vacuum Pumps with trade name “PROVAK” which are famous & well known in every Chemical & Pharma Industries.
Due to Best quality & Services offered at reasonable prices over THREE DECADES, we are able to create strong backbone for brand name as “PROTON” in manufacturing business of Chemical / Pharma Plant & Equipments and extended satisfactory results for our customers all over India as well as over seas like U.S.A., Iran, Saudi, Kenya, etc.

Infrastructure:
“PROTON” has its modern factory covering over 12000 square feet area in Dombivli MIDC., District: Thane., Mumbai. We have highly skilled & dedicated engineers & staff looking after customized designing, manufacturing, testing & supply of Chemical Plant & Process Equipments. Our Production is continuously securely monitored through camera’s, for maintaining speedup work & consistent production.
We have set up of specialized production facility having modern machinery, proficient & trained workforce with certified group of welders for giving precise radiography results. We have in house facilities for Material Handling, Plate / Pipe Bending, MIG / TIG welding, Plasma cutting, Machining, Drilling, Mechanical Buffing & Polishing.
Along with this we have a wide range of pilot plant set up on which different chemicals & pharmaceuticals products are tried & studied in depth to give high performance results.
